When people describe their guilty eating habits they often describe the love of their favorite food like being addicted to crack. And while hyberbolic, we know having a bad habit of eating Krispy Kreme donuts regularly probably isn’t the same as the experience of actually being addicted to hard drugs.
However, in the case of cheese, it's actually been scientifically proven that it's just as addictive as crack-cocaine due to the casein found within it (and other diary products), and I'd have to agree. There are fewer things I love more than slapping some goat cheese in an omelette. And don't even try to tell me that adding melted cheese to pretty much any savory dish isn't the best thing ever.
