During last night's premiere of Celebrity Big Brother, viewers were left with a major cliffhanger: would it be Ryan Lochte or Jonathan Bennett as the season's first Head of Household? The Olympian and Mean Girls star were paired together for the first half of the competition, but ended up facing off for the coveted title, but the vote happened to take place after the show's CBS time slot.

"I have several participation trophies," Jonathan said on the show, clearly not intimidated by Ryan's gold medals.

So, who won Head of Household on Big Brother?

Warning: Major spoilers ahead!

According to fans who got a first look at the star-studded season, the winner is none other than U.S. swimmer Ryan! Unfortunately, it was not revealed who Ryan would be nominating for eviction or who is competing in tonight's Veto competition.

However, we do know pro wrestler Eva Marie and O.J. Simpson star witness Kato Kaelin are safe for now — after being granted immunity from host Julie Chen during last night's episode.

We also know Ryan is determined to change his public image on CBB, which could influence who he puts up on the block. "I want America to really see me for me, the loving, caring. I’m sensitive, I’m giving, and I put everyone before me," he told Entertainment Weekly before adding, "I never get nervous before the Olympics, but I’m actually getting nervous to go on Celebrity Big Brother.

Is Ryan in an alliance?

Despite teaming up with Jonathan in the HoH competition, it seems Ryan is not in alliance (yet) with Aaron Samuels (not fetch). Instead, Jonathan has allegedly formed an alliance with former '90s heartthrob Joey Lawrence.

Lolo Jones is also an option for Ryan since she is also an Olympic athlete — and let's be honest, Ryan is going to need all the help he can get, seeing as he has never watched an episode of the reality competition before.

When Ryan Lochte says that he has no idea what Big Brother is..... #HeGone," one viewer tweeted before another added, "Big Brother recap. Kato isn’t a real celebrity. Ryan Lochte has no idea what’s happening. Tom Green is the best."

"If I had to pick a winner right now I'd say Jonathan," one super fan wrote on reddit while another added, "FYI my Celebrity Big Brother 2 prediction for winner is Tom Green. I would say Kandi but they always target black women."

A third enthusiastically chimed in, "TAMAR IS THE WINNER OF CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER 2 AND THATS THAT ."

Basically, it's anyone's game. Watch Celebrity Big Brother tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS.
