Following the exits of longtime Real Housewives Dorinda Medley, Tamra Barney, and Vicki Gunvalson throughout 2020, it became evident that no cast member was safe. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is set to wrap its 10th season with a finale episode on Aug. 26, with three reunion specials to follow. Though there's still no clarity on the alleged Denise Richards vs. Brandi Glanville affair, viewers are already desperate to learn which stars will get to keep their diamonds for Season 11.

Is Teddi Mellencamp leaving 'RHOBH'?

John Cougar Mellencamp's daughter joined RHOBH in Season 8, and she became a key figure in the drama after calling out Dorit Kemsley for being late, and for involving herself in the infamous Puppygate drama the following year.

On Season 10, the accountability coach has been criticized for her sisterly connection to co-star Kyle Richards, and she's also been called "boring" by Sutton Stracke.

A multitude of fans have been calling for Teddi to get fired from the show. One user went as far as to craft a fake tweet, which detailed Teddi's exit announcement, ahead of the Aug. 19 episode,

"Hope everyone enjoys tonight's episode of #RHOBH — it's a bumpy ride! After 3 seasons, I have decided to walk away from the show," the tweet read. "I wish the cast, production and Bravo all the best in future seasons, and I am grateful that I have made some lifelong friends out of this experience."

After the fake tweet went viral, the reality star shot down the rumors about her leaving the show. In an Instagram story (which has since disappeared), Teddi reposted the fake tweet with the caption "#FAKENEWS."

She then took to her Twitter to dispel the speculation, and she thanked the creator of said tweet for giving her further attention online.

"Whoever made that fake tweet thanks for the extra press," she tweeted.

Is Brandi Glanville coming back to 'RHOBH' full-time?

Fake tweets seem to be haunting the extended cast of RHOBH, as Brandi Glanville also fell victim to a Twitter hoax on the same day as Teddi. The former full-time cast member, who has regularly been appearing on Season 10, appeared to confirm on social media that she was asked to return to the series for Season 11.

"I went hunting for jewelry, so I snatched a diamond #Season 11. #TheBIsBack," the tweet read.

But, it wasn't a real post.

Brandi later asked her followers and other online users to stop spreading rumors through fake social media posts.

"There's a fake tweet floating around out there about housewives that people think was from me," Brandi wrote on Aug. 24. "Please stop with the fake tweets you guys. It's not funny."
