People will do just about anything for love. And earlier this week, Pastor Brent Kelley from Franklin, Tennessee, witnessed true love in an unexpected place — a Sonic parking lot. Kelley was taking his children for an ice cream on the hot day when he spotted something sweet in the car next to him: an elderly man kneeling on the pavement spoon-feeding his wife as she sits in the passenger seat.

Kelley wrote in a Facebook post alongside the photo:

"So today, I took the kids to the pool and we stopped for ice cream on the way home. When I got my ice cream and pulled out, I realized that this elderly man beside me was sitting out side his car door, spoon feeding his wife ice cream who also looked in her late eighties. He draped a towel over her and slowly fed his bride in the 98 degree temperature. It was a beautiful display of love."

The post has been shared over 320,000 times since it was posted, and thousands of commenters praised the adorable couple.

"If there was more of that and less people trying to use each other this world would be a better place."

And this isn't even the first time the couple has been spotted in the exact same parking lot. WKRN shared several photos from readers showing the man feeding his wife from as far back as January. Basically, they're too sweet for this world.
