The following story needs to be taken with a grain of salt, so be forewarned, but boy if it's true, we might just have the greatest modern revenge story of all time on our hands right here folks.
The internet is pretty obsessed with the idea of catching cheaters in the act, so much so that there's an entire subreddit dedicated to the subject, and it's filled with gems such as these:
People handle catching their cheating spouses in various ways, but this one groom, from Singapore, apparently found the most savage way possible to out his cheating fiance: by putting her on blast in front of their entire wedding party.
The unnamed groom had suspected his wife was cheating on him, so he hired a private investigator, Ms. Zhuo, from Ajax Investigation and Security Services. Zhuo spoke with the site Zaobao about being invited to the wedding, even though she told the man to break things off based on what she discovered.
The groom reportedly played a video that started off as a regular, cute couples history montage, corny slideshow and all. Then the video cut to footage of the bride walking into a motel room with a random dude who was clearly not the groom. According to Zaobao, the bride ran out of the wedding as people sat there, shocked by what they saw, and snapped photos of the vengeance that played out before them.
Say what you want about a guy who spent what I assume is tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding, just to out his ex in front of all her family and friends, but this has to be the most brutal way to get back at a cheating ex, ever. Especially having to pretend like everything is OK the entire time before finally dropping the guillotine.
Do you think it was too extreme?
