Who Plays Young Ducky on 'NCIS'? Meet Actor Adam Campbell

In honor of the 400th episode of the procedural drama NCIS, fans were finally told how Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard (David McCallum) and NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) officially met.
The CBS series flashed back to the past, showing a younger Ducky and Gibbs. During the Season 18 episode, titled "Everything Starts Somewhere," viewers find out the details surrounding how the two met, which happened during a murder case.
Throughout the flashback episode, Ducky helps Gibbs pursue his relationship with Shannon and not using his job as an excuse. On the flip side the special agent aids Ducky in helping him become a medical examiner.
But, this is not the first time that fans were introduced to a younger Ducky. Actor Adam Campbell has appeared on the series three times prior, and viewers can't get enough! Keep reading to find out more about the actor!

Aside from playing the M.E. on the CBS drama, Adam is also known for his roles in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Mixology, and Great News. The British actor is currently married to former Glee star Jayma Mays. The two married in 2007 after meeting on-set of the film Epic Movie.
In 2016, the couple welcomed a baby boy, Jude Jones.
It seems the couple likes to keep their personal life private and off of social media. Though Jayma has an Instagram account (it has not been verified), she has not posted in over four years.
Fans can't get enough of Adam Campbell's 'NCIS' role as "Young Ducky."
Adam has certainly made a lasting impression on the NCIS fandom. Following his four acting stints on the long-running series, fans immediately took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the casting of Young Ducky.
