The Deep keeps Ambrosius tucked away in his closet.

In the Season 4 premiere, titled "Department of Dirty Tricks," viewers are treated to the bombshell revelation that The Deep's secret romance with Ambrosius has been splashed across the headlines. As it turns out, his ex-wife Cassandra penned a scandalous tell-all book and seemingly revealed The Deep's sexual relationship with the octopus.

During an appearance on a talk show, The Deep tackles the elephant — err, octopus — in the room, vehemently denying any "relations with an octopus." He dismisses the scandal as a "racist rumor and a ridiculous lie perpetuated by a jilted and emotionally unstable, hysterical woman."

Toward the end of the Season 4 premiere, The Deep speaks with someone off-camera in his bedroom. He soon flings open his closet doors, unveiling Ambrosius enclosed in a tank. Despite the cringe-worthy display of affection, Ambrosius tries to convince The Deep to pack his belongings so they can be together.

"We could vanish in the waves together. We wouldn't have to hide our love anymore; we could just be Kevin and Ambrosius," whispers the octopus to The Deep, who beams with adoration. Ugh, gag! This is seriously messed up!

New episodes of The Boys drop on Thursdays at 3 a.m. EST on Prime Video.
