Donald Trump Wore A Mismatched Suit And Twitter Dragged Him
By Jaime LutzUpdated
The President of the United States has, in the past month, considered cutting the refugee cap to the lowest level a president has ever set, seemingly equated counter-protestors with actual white supremacists, and publicly went back and forth over whether he planned to end DACA. People have lots of issues with all of that, but right now, let's talk about fashion. Specifically—did Donald Trump wear a mismatched suit to his meeting with Sen. Tim Scott?

It appears he did, unless it's some really weird trick of the light. Why? How? Doesn't the White House have employees whose job is to tell the president "don't go out like that?"
Shoutout to the person in the newsroom who also noticed @realDonaldTrump is wearing a navy jacket with black pants in this WH pic pic.twitter.com/in9LwnsMHh

This isn't the first time that a president has made a fashion faux pas. Most recently, Trump has been criticized for ill-fitting suits, taping down his ties, and allegedly wearing a strange hairpiece.
well at least the scotch tape holding his tie together isn't visible

And of course, even Barack Obama, the president GQ probably made in a lab, wore a tan suit once.
petty tweet: obama wore a tan suit & got dragged by the crusties at fox news yet trump wore a navy jacket & black pants SO HELP ME GOD!!! pic.twitter.com/LveMmY6U17

By the way, as Someecards's Orli Matlow points out, it's kind of nice that we're having this dumb fashion conversation about a male politician, right?
