If you can't get enough of the intricate sweets concocted on The Great British Bake Off or the creative styles produced on shows like Next In Fashion or Project Runway, then you were likely thrilled to learn that a creative flower competition called The Big Flower Fight was dropping on Netflix on May 18.

Hosted by Vic Reeves and Natasia Demetriou, ten teams of amateur floral designers and flower fans were tasked with showing off their talents for the chance to design a sculpture at London's Botanical Garden.

In each episode, the top teams had to create avant garde sculptures, and judge Kristen Griffith-VanderYacht alongside guests would determine whose designs were worthy of continuing, and whose were hitting the compost pile.

While putting flowers together in a design seems like an easy task, the designers also had to create the metal structures that would support the flowers from falling down.

Who was the Best in Bloom for the entire season? Read on to find out who The Big Flower Fight winners were for Season 1, and to learn what went down in the epic finale episode.

Who won 'The Big Flower Fight'?

In the eighth and final episode of Season 1, the remaining three teams were given the challenge of decorating massive metal towers with their flower designs. The finalists included friends Henck and Yan, father and son duo Ralph and Jim, and partners Andrew and Ryan.

The teams were each given a fairytale to inspire their final pieces after; Andrew and Ryan got Hansel and Gretel, while Jim and Ralph worked with Jack and the Beanstalk, and Yan and Henck used Rapunzel.

With the most experience of all, event florists Dutchman Henck and Denmark native Yan were favored to win the competition, but the two ultimately did come up short in the end.

The Season 1 winners of The Big Flower Fight were Ryan and Andrew, as the judges loved their ability to portray the dark side of Hansel and Gretel, while also keeping their designs whimsical.

Interestingly, Andrew and Ryan had never created a flower sculpture together before going on the show. Canada native Ryan worked as a D.J. and art curator before getting cast on the Netflix series, while boyfriend Andrew had worked as a photographic artist.

"It's absolutely incredible," Andrew said about his win. "I'm so proud and happy."

"We came in here not knowing a single thing, and now we have the prize," Ryan added.

Will there be a Season 2 of 'The Big Flower Fight'?

Unsurprisingly, the streaming service has yet to reveal if the reality competition has gotten a second season — and it's unlikely that they will until the summer of 2020.

But, the trending shows on Netflix are generally a good indicator as to whether or not a series will get a second chance. As of presstime, The Big Flower Fight has not trended on Netflix's Top 10 list, though there is every chance that it will in the future.

Season 1 of The Big Flower Fight is available to stream on Netflix.
