The HGTV Dream Home 2020 is on Hilton Head Island — see pictures of the stunning home.

Designed by Brian Patrick Flynn, the 2020 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway is on the exclusive Hilton Head Island — which is famous for its abundance of golf courses and the beach. The house's appearance definitely goes along with the theme of "coastal living," as it has a light blue exterior.

The property features a pool, a deck on both floors, and expansive windows to get the most of the natural light and the enviable views. The living room is ideal for entertainment with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating.

It's located directly off of the kitchen, making the first level an open floor concept. The kitchen cabinets are finished in a sand color, and a double oven, barstool seating, and a navy backsplash are just a few of the features included.

The backyard can also be accessed from the great room. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room, which also features a craft table and a kennel for pets.

On the first level is the coral master bedroom with exclusive access to its own outdoor patio and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a spa shower and a soaking tub.

The second level boasts two guest bedrooms and what designer Brian refers to as a multi-purpose room with a TV and couch. The home has a total of three and a half bathrooms as well.

Here's how to enter the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway:

If the photos were at all enticing, then you might be interested in entering the giveaway (we can't blame you). The sweepstakes opened on Dec. 30, and those who enter can do so twice a day — once here at HGTV, and another time here at DIY Network.

Applicants must be over the age of 21, and will submit their name, address, age, phone number, and cable provider in order to enter. You also have to be a U.S. citizen to win the contest. In addition to the house, the winner will get $250,000 courtesy of Quicken Loans, and a Honda Passport.

Winners can either choose to take the house and other prizes, or a cash option. For the 2020 home, the cash option is $1,043,680 against the prize package, which is worth $2,081,489. While it may seem like a no-brainer to take the house, winners have to pay taxes on their prizes, which can reportedly cost upwards of several hundreds of thousands of dollars.

While most winners choose to take the cash, those who pick the house and other prizes rarely are able to hold on to the house for more than a year.

The 2020 sweepstake goes until Feb. 19. Within a few days of it ending, a winner will be contacted, and a winner's TV special will be filmed.
