She’s back and looking for love! Kate Gosselin makes her return to TLC with a new series titled Kate Plus Date. The mother of eight is hoping to find her perfect match, but this 44-year-old has been out of the dating game for nearly a decade.
“Raising eight children hasn’t granted Kate much time for romance, but with her sextuplets grown and her oldest twins off to college in the fall, the time is right for the well-known mother of multiples to find that special someone,” the show’s synopsis states. The six-part series will feature relationship expert Rachel DeAlto and dating specialist Adam LoDolce as they set Kate up with 10 potential suitors.
With a series of dates lined up and dating experts to help guide her, the reality star mom is hoping to find love again. Here’s what you need to know about Kate Plus Date’s relationship matchmaker Rachel DeAlto.

You can hire Rachel for one-on-one coaching.
Where do we sign up? Kate Gosselin and other reality TV stars are not the only people who need expert dating tips and tricks. Yes, you too are able to hire Rachel for one-on-one coaching. If you may be questioning why you’d need a life coach, her website states: “Are you tired of doing it alone? Do you want to get to the end result more efficiently? I work with you to keep you from the frustration that brings you to the brink.”
Adding, “I help you to see different perspectives, develop different approaches, and make changes. I will hold you accountable — consistency is half the battle for any change you want to make. If you want to keep doing the same thing, you absolutely don't need me as your coach. If you want to see real change, real healing, and real results, then we should talk.”
She is a certified hypnotherapist.
Rachel has an undergraduate degree in communications from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. She furthered her professional training by receiving a certification as a hypnotherapist via the International Association Of Counselors & Therapists.
