Everything to Know About the Drama Involving Amanda, West, and Ciara on 'Summer House'

Who needs friends when you have frenemies, Summer House co-stars, and a long history to make the pain of a breakup hurt in the worst way? That's part of the drama going on between Amanda Batula, Ciara Miller, and West Wilson, thanks to Amanda and West's confirmed relationship outside of the Bravo reality show.

Despite there being plenty of drama to go around on Summer House, there is now something brewing between Amanda, West, and Ciara outside of the show, and it all stems from West kind of getting in the middle of the friends. Obviously, fans hope to see the drama spill into Season 11, but for now, some need a breakdown of what's going on between Amanda and West.

After lots of speculation among fans and denials from other Summer House stars, Amanda and West revealed on social media that they are, in fact, dating. While some fans might be the very opposite of shocked, others aren't wild about Ciara's good friend dating her ex. It's also important to note that, during Ciara and West's relationship, Amanda often went to bat for her friend when West wasn't being the best boyfriend. Now, there's this.

"We've shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what's developed recently was the last thing either of us expected," both Amanda and West shared on their respective Instagram Stories. "Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care. As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling."

It's also a little messy because Amanda and Kyle Cooke were still technically married when Amanda and West announced their relationship to the world and went Instagram official. Kyle and Amanda announced their split in January 2026 in their Instagram Stories, per Bravo. They shared that they "amicably decided to part ways as a couple." Flash forward a few months, and Amanda not only parted ways with her husband, but likely parted ways with one of her in-show besties because of West.

Looking back at Amanda and West on Summer House, some fans can see there was a connection, which is why there was speculation for so long about the two of them. While no overlap has been confirmed, it looks like Ciara has cut ties with Amanda. Per E! News, Ciara unfollowed Amanda on Instagram.

And now, it seems, plenty of Summer House fans are supportive of Ciara versus Amanda and West's apparently budding romance.

"Just letting you know we love you, we see you, and we support you," someone commented on one of Ciara's Instagram posts.

Another wrote, "Rise up Ciara, we got you fam."

Despite the drama involving Amanda and West's Summer House relationship, it seems like fans have chosen their sides, and most are Team Ciara on this one.
