Eight seasons in and the Vanderpump Rules cast is finally living by the show's theme song lyrics: "you know that it's our time," by growing up. From throwing punches and sleeping with their best friends' significant others in the early seasons (oh, wait, that was just Jax Taylor) to now becoming homeowners, the original Pump Rules squad is aging like the fine wine that they used to throw at each other.

The SUR house boom included Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, and Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. The show's only Day 1 couple to last,Tom and Katie Schwartz, also joined the Vanderpump Rules Homeowners Association by purchasing a new multi-million dollar home in an exclusive neighborhood.

The home was the site of several fights in the Season 8 premiere, as the cast decided to air out their grievances when they reunited for a housewarming party.

After one of the fights involved which new Vanderpump Rules house was located in a better school zone, viewers began to wonder about Tom and Katie Schwartz's house. Read on to take a peek inside Tom and Katie's house, and to find out how much the reality stars paid for their new digs.

Take a look inside Tom and Katie Schwartz's house.

From Seasons 1 through 7, Katie and Tom lived in a small West Hollywood apartment, which likely made their move to suburbia all the more satisfying. The couple's split-level Craftsman style home is located in Valley Village, which is located in California's San Fernando Valley. The town has a reputation for having more expensive homes. While the area generally has single story residences, Tom and Katie snagged a two-story new construction in the area.

The couple officially purchased the home in April of 2019 for $1.9 million, which came on the heels of them discussing wanting to have kids and move to a bigger space in Season 7.

The house is certainly much bigger than the couple's former less-than-a-thousand-square-foot apartment. Tom and Katie now have 3,400 square feet of space, four bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms.

As seen on the show, the home has an open floor concept, with a combined kitchen and TV room. The kitchen area also opens up to the backyard, which features a pool and hot tub. The home has a light and airy feel thanks to a multitude of big windows (which allowed Kristen to spy on ex-boyfriend Carter during the premiere).

Though the home is supposed to represent an entrance into adulthood for Tom and Katie, the cast couldn't help but engage in some of their old antics during the couple's housewarming party.

Tom Sandoval and Jax argued about which of their homes was located in a better school zone while sitting in the pool, while Lala Kent encouraged Carter to leave Kristen alone on the home's back porch.

The house's kitchen was further shown off when Scheana Marie cried about being made to seem like a "crazy girl" with newbies Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni.

Though it wasn't the formal house tour viewers might have wanted, the home's interior was certainly shown off with the various places the cast cried and fought in during the premiere.

Why do all the 'Vanderpump Rules' new houses look the same?

As Stassi Schroeder accurately pointed out in the Season 8 premiere, Tom and Katie's new house looks incredibly similar to the homes purchased by their co-stars, Brittany and Jax, and Tom and Ariana. The black and white exterior is shared by all three homes.

"Everything is identical," Stassi said about her co-stars' new digs. "l can't remember whose house is whose."

The premiere also gave viewers a brief tour of Tom Sandoval and Jax's new houses. Though the exteriors are similar, the interiors are very different. For one thing, Ariana and Tom have a huge bar in their living room — which makes sense since the two met at SUR's cocktail bar — and Jax and Brittany have a farmhouse-style home.

While Stassi was the only Vanderpump Rules cast member to comment on the obvious physical house similarities, the homeowners did discuss on the Season 7 reunion that they all bought houses in the same neighborhood so they could raise their kids together.

Maybe their kids will all work for SUR on Season 45 of the show.

Vanderpump Rules airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
