In April 2020, YoungBoy Never Broke Again (aka Kentrell DeSean Gaulden) deleted every photograph posted on his Instagram account, profile picture included. According to some fans, the rapper did so in a bid to curb the number of damning comments directed against him. So, what happened?

YoungBoy Never Broke Again wiped his entire Instagram account clean in April 2020.

"You know why I deleted my pictures off my page? [...] Women trying to incriminate me. Posting stupid shit. Well, they say stupid shit. I guess the people that they down talk a n--ga with leaked the shit. I don't know. That shit be playing mind games. Well, I be playing mind games with myself because I be letting it eat me up," YoungBoy Never Broke Again explained in a previous Instagram Live with fellow Baton Rouge-native Bway Yungy.

As the rapper revealed in the Instagram Live, he deleted his posts in a bid to clear up his reputation and avoid having to deal with less than favorable comments. 

YoungBoy Never Broke Again had a heated comment exchange with Kodak Black as well.

Others believe that YoungBoy Never Broke Again made up his mind after getting caught up in a heated exchange with Kodak Black, who lambasted him after learning about Iyanna Mayweather's arrest. 

According to outlets like SOHH and The Blast, the "Dying to Live" rapper took it to the social media platform sometime around early April to allege that YoungBoy Never Broke Again cooperated with the police during Mayweather's arrest.

It's understood that Kodak shared a picture of a caption originally posted by gossipofthecity_ on his Instagram page. In the caption, he condemned YoungBoy Never Broke Again for his supposed cooperation with the police.

"The Hell They Mean Fully Cooperated LOL. They ain't Say A Lil Piece Bih They Say Fully Bih LOL Anyways Man That Word Aint Even Posed To Be Attached To Your Name @nba_youngboy. Dam Lil Bra Don't Do Dat Lil Girl Like Dat Man! Don't Do That Lil Girl Like Dat! I Mean I'm Locked Up, But This Sh-- Got It Lookin Like If It Was Some Otha Shit YOU'LL TELL SOMETHING," Kodak Black wrote. 

"Watch me from a jail cell, man. [...] N---a b----es – ain't never paid attention to a n---a especially from no mother---ing cell, n---a. [...] Then a n---a said I cooperated about what you stupid b---h? About my wife? You talking about this girl right here? My wife? [...] Inside my house that I paid for? Not her b---h a-- daddy?" the rapper clapped back in a now-deleted Instagram Live.

Iyanna Mayweather was arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Mayweather was arrested on Saturday, April 4, 2020, for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after reportedly stabbing YoungBoy Never Broke Again's baby mama, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, in the bicep several times.

The incident took place at the rapper's Houston home, a previous article by TMZ reveals. Mayweather was taken to jail in Harris County, Tex., at around 1.30 a.m., as per NBC NewsIt's uncertain whether YoungBoy Never Broke Again would have cooperated with the police like the allegations hold. 

To make matters even more complicated, the rapper's Instagram account has been mysteriously deleted since then.
