Crystal Kung Minkoff Is Joining 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'

Some of the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills let the cat out of the bag that they are once again filming for their upcoming eleventh season. While there were many women speculated to be joining Kyle Richards and the rest of the housewives in their new season, like Kathy Hilton and Tori Spelling, there is one new confirmed cast member that has every Bravo fan talking.

Entrepreneur and mom Crystal Kung Minkoff is officially a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. So, who is Crystal and what could her net worth possibly be to get a coveted slot with such wealthy women?

Crystal Kung Minkoff is married to a successful film director.

Crystal is married to Rob Minkoff. He is most known for directing the 1994 classic Disney animated film, The Lion King. His other credits include 1999’s Stuart Little and 2003’s The Haunted Mansion. Crystal and Rob met at a party in 2003, and the two attended the Finding Nemo premiere as their first date.

They have been married since 2007 and share two children together, son Max and daughter Zoe. "13 years ago we got married. Best decision I've ever made," Crystal wrote in a caption of a photo of the two on their wedding day on their anniversary in September of 2020.

Crystal is the founder of Real Coco.

Crystal founded the company Real Coco, which offers coconut products, including coffee creamer, water, milk, and chips. “We believe the coconut is the most sustainable plant-based food out there. It is our goal to provide the purest, cleanest, and most importantly tastiest, coconut products on the planet,” the website reads.

While she may be starting her new career as a “housewife,” there is no doubt that Crystal is also an entrepreneur with a passion for healthy living.

Crystal and her husband could be worth up to $15 million.

While there is no confirmed report of Crystal’s net worth, we can assume that she and her husband share their money and assets. According to Net Worth Post, the Lion King director could be worth as much as $15 million.

With Crystal’s coconut company and Rob’s royalties from the multiple hit movies he has directed, the two will fit right in with the rest of the cast in the 90210 zip code.

Bravo fans are thrilled to see Crystal join the cast of ‘RHOBH.’

For so many years, Bravo mainly casted white women for the line up of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills until Garcelle Beauvais joined in Season 10. Fans are thrilled to see some Asian-American representation. “I AM HERE FOR IT!!!! We need some more culture!!” one fan wrote.

Another fan poked fun at some other members of the Real Housewives franchise who may not be up to par for fans’ expectations. “That’s all I want for my housewives. To have serious coin. Rich honey. Filthy rich. Not living in a casita with bad extensions,” they shared.
