Rumors continue to swirl about slain Turning Point USA founder, Charlie Kirk. Charlie was shot to death on Sept. 10, 2025, and his wife, Erika Kirk, quickly took over as the CEO of his far-right-wing organization.
The swiftness of her entry into his very public role contributed to numerous rumors about the couple, and one rumor is that he removed Erika from his will.
Accusations that Erika cheated on her husband are also taking over the internet, but are any of them true? Here's what we found out.

Did Charlie Kirk remove Erika Kirk from his will?
According to a video posted on TikTok, Charlie wrote Erika out of his will.
"Charlie Kirk has apparently written Erika Kirk out of his will, meaning she will get no money from his passing after he assumed she was having an affair, leaving Erika Kirk reportedly furious," said the TikToker.
"Charlie Kirk's will has finally been read several months after his death," he continued. "With him reportedly leaving all of his money, including all of the Turning Point USA merch sales, to his children and not to her, with Erika explosively yelling at his lawyers when she found out."
However, there is no evidence that Charlie wrote his wife out of his will, and the video appears to be a parody that stemmed from online chatter that suggested Erika recovered quickly from her husband's murder.
Was Erika Kirk cheating on Charlie?
There is also no evidence that the grieving widow cheated on Charlie. Rumors about an affair began after Erika and Vice President JD Vance shared a hug during a Turning Point USA event at the University of Mississippi in October. Erika rubbed her hand on the back of the vice president's head and through his hair during the embrace, which shocked many.
During the Ole Miss event, Erika also gushed over the vice president in her speech, and she did so while wearing skin-tight black leather pants.
"No one will ever replace my husband," she said, before shouting out Vance. "But I do see some similarities of my husband in JD — in Vice President JD Vance. I do. And that's why I am so blessed to be able to introduce him tonight."
The embrace happened just before the vice president's wife, Usha Vance, was seen not wearing her wedding ring at an event in November, and the vice president later told NBC News of the gossip, “I think that we kind of get a kick out of it."
Erika delivered a public message mere days after her husband's death, per ABC News.
"You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife," she said. "The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry. ... To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die. It won't, I refuse to let that happen. ... All of us will refuse to let that happen. ... No one will ever forget my husband's name, and I will make sure of it."
