Nanny for a Rich Family Says She Works out With a Personal Trainer and Takes Naps During Shift

Not all nanny jobs are a walk in the park. Responsibilities may involve cleaning, childcare duties, and, well, taking a walk in the park. They may also include cooking, and in some cases, the nanny might not even be allowed to eat the food in the house.

But sometimes the nanny doesn't have to wear as many hats as work. Maybe they have only one role and it pertains to taking care of the children. One woman just described a day in her life as a nanny for the rich and it seems like she has really lucked out. Who is this family she works for and are they looking for a second?

Nanny and TikTok creator Callie (@calliecharming) took us through her day as a nanny for a rich family, and I must admit, I'm a little bit jealous. She explained that since the family has other folks working for them too, she spends most of her time taking care of the children (and herself).

"Being a nanny for rich people. Best thing ever. Listen to my day. First I got to work and watched an episode of Paw Patrol," Callie said as she began to rattle off her day in her video.

After that, Callie took the kids to school. But of the boys she cares for was not in school (assuming he's not of age yet) they went to Starbucks where she got a beverage and he got a cake pop.

Then, Callie and the boy met with her personal trainer. "He got to play. I got to work out," she explained.

After that, they volunteered at some type of local senior citizen facility. "We sang, we danced, we bought flowers for the little old ladies and then we immediately went home for a three hour nap," Callie informed.

"The house was spotless because the cleaners had come. The laundry was done because the laundry fairy came," Callie continued.

As she was filming this video, she was in the car and explained that she and the little boy were now on their way to pick up his brothers. Then they planned to go to Chick-Fil-A and get a snack. After that, Callie would finally get to go home.

Sounds pretty fun, right? Users in the comment section definitely agreed. In fact, some nannies shared their pleasant work experiences.

"The family I nannied for took me to Aruba and Disney and gave me unbelievable Christmas gifts. Later I paid it forward to our nanny," wrote one user.

Another user claimed she was a nanny at Disneyland. After getting questions about what exactly that meant, she explained that she helped the parents out at the parks and would sometimes take the kids back to the hotel for bedtime if the parents wanted to stay out late.

A third user claimed that they are a nanny for two doctors and had access to their credit card at all times to charge things.

One comment also read: "Yup… nanny in Utah! In the winter I drop her off for a four hour ski lesson, I pick her up and we eat mac and cheese on the couch."

While I'm sure not all nanny jobs are this fun, it's clear that working for a wealthy family sure does have it perks.
