From the moment she made her presence known in Season 28 of The Bachelor, contestant Daisy Kent captured the hearts of millions nationwide. She emerged as a frontrunner, with many believing she and leading man Joey Graziadei were #Endgame.

However, during the dramatic season finale, Daisy shocks viewers by breaking up with Joey after realizing that Kelsey Anderson is his perfect match. Not only that, Daisy also declines the franchise's offer to lead Season 21 of The Bachelorette.

While there are undoubtedly many questions surrounding Daisy's decisions, one thing is clear: She is focused on embracing her newfound happiness with her new beau!

Who is 'The Bachelor' alum Daisy Kent dating?

During the April 10 episode of the Almost Famous podcast, Daisy revealed that she had been on "multiple dates with the same person." Speaking to co-host Ashley Iaconetti, she expressed uncertainty about the potential for a serious relationship. Nevertheless, Daisy noted, "You never know how time's going to go, but I would say I'm happy right now, and it's looking positive."

Nearly three weeks later, on April 29, Us Weekly reported that Daisy Kent is officially off the market! A source told the outlet that she is dating her old college friend Thor Herbst.

"They met in college at San Diego State University and reconnected after she left the show," the insider explained. "He reached out to her first, and it's been going really well."

The source added that Daisy and Thor have "been traveling all over recently," including a family vacation to Mexico in March and a cabin getaway in Utah. The two even attended Stagecoach — a favorite music festival among Bachelor Nation — on April 28, where they were spotted smiling and "laughing together."

Daisy briefly spoke about her connection with Thor during the May 1 episode of Hannah Brown's Better Tomorrow podcast.

"[It's] kind of like we've re-met. We're way different than how we used to be," Daisy told the former Bachelorette star. "There's so much of my life going on too, so everything's just crazy, but everything's so good. And I'm just, I'm happy, and I didn't think all of this would come, like, evolve from doing what I did, but it did."

Just days later, on May 5, Daisy took to her Instagram Story and shared a video of her and Thor riding around in an RZR off-road vehicle in the desert. "Vroooooom," the ex-Bachelor contestant playfully captioned the clip, accompanied by a race car emoji.

Thor Herbst is part of the famous Herbst racing family.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Thor currently works as a management associate at Terrible Herbst Inc. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.

Thor also appears to be a professional racer for the off-road, desert racing league SCORE International. His official SCORE International profile highlights his first-place finish in the Trophy Truck Spec at the 2024 King Shocks Score San Felipe 250, where he also secured the ninth position overall.

It also happens that Thor is part of the renowned Herbst racing family, recognized as the "first family of desert racing in Southern Nevada" by the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame. His grandfather, Jerry Herbst, ran the company Terrible Herbst Motorsports with his sons, Ed, Tim, and Troy, thus fostering the family's legacy in racing.
