At the 77th Annual Golden Globe Awards, viewers got to see a list of A-list stars and their partners walk the red carpet. One pair that took fans by surprise was Bachelor Nation stars Nick Viall and Demi Burnett, who were attending the award show together.
While fans may be thinking these two reality stars are more than just friends, Nick has already shot down rumors that the two are dating.
In November, pictures were posted on Reddit of the blonde beauty leaving Nick's apartment in Los Angeles. Deciding to address his relationship with Demi on his podcast Viall Files, he explained: "Demi is a close friend. She's a dear friend — We've become very close." Adding, "I care very much about her."
Demi recently split from fiancée Kristian Haggerty after getting engaged on Season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise. So, while the two remain "just friends," who is Nick dating or is he still single?
Who is the former Bachelor star Nick Viall dating?
Though he was recently linked to Heart of Dixie actor Rachel Bilson, who recently confirmed her relationship with comedian/actor Bill Hader at the Golden Globe Awards, Nick is seemingly still single.
So, who has Nick dated in the past? Before rubbing elbows with celebrities, the 39-year-old made a name for himself on the hit ABC dating series after being named the "runner-up" for two seasons.
Audiences first met the handsome star in 2014 when he appeared on Andi Dorfman's season of The Bachelorette. After receiving the first impression rose, many thought she'd end up choosing Nick. However, Andi picked Josh Murray and Nick was sent packing in the season finale.
Nick then tried his luck on Bachelor in Paradise and initially had set his sights on Amanda Stanton. Well, before Andi's ex Josh swooped in and the two became engaged. Though, that relationship quickly fell apart.
However, his short-lived romance with Amanda didn't keep his spirit down for long. He started dating Jen Saviano while on BIP, and even shopped for a Neil Diamond ring. When Jen declared her love for Nick, he did not reciprocate her feelings and ended their relationship.
Still looking for love, Nick went back on the long-running competition show and fought for Kaitlyn Bristowe's heart. The two started talking before she became The Bachelorette. After once again making it to the end, Kaitlyn chose Shawn Booth in the final rose ceremony. Ouch!
The bombshell decision made for one of the most dramatic moments on the ABC series. After Shawn and Kaitlyn ended their three-year engagement in November 2018, Nick revealed that it was unlikely that the pair would ever reunite. "I don't think so," he said on Heather McDonald's Juicy Scoop podcast.
In the past, the exes would throw shade at one another, but the two decided to eventually end their feud. Last May, Kaitlyn talked about their relationship on LadyGang revealing that the two are on good terms.
“We were doing little, small jabs at each other. And then I was like, ‘We just need to talk it out,’" she explained. "And then he was like, ‘What did I do [to] you?’ I was like, ‘Yeah, nothing — that’s fair.’”
Though Nick got his heart broken twice, he became the Season 21 Bachelor. After dating nearly 30 women, Nick got engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi in 2017. However, their relationship was short-lived and the two called it quits five months later.
Vanessa is currently dating businessman Josh Wolfe.
Though Nick has had many ups and downs when it comes to his love life, it seems he's fine living the stag life.
