Stars on Mars
Fox's Stars on Mars is a celebrity reality competition show like none other. Twelve celebrities compete against one another on a (fake) mission to (fake) Mars to see who will be crowned the “Brightest Star of the Galaxy.” William Shatner himself acts as Mission Control, and the result is exactly as entertaining (albeit bizarre) as it sounds.
Where is Stars on Mars filmed?
It probably won't come as a surprise to learn that Fox isn't actually sending celebrities to Mars. Instead, the show is filmed in the Australian Outback. Specifically, filming took place in the desert locale of Coober Pedy.
