Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant

The reality TV docuseries Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant is a spinoff of the Teen Mom franchise, which is a spinoff of 16 and Pregnant. On the show, viewers follow along as different teen moms navigate pregnancy and young parenthood.

• Brianna Jaramillo (Seasons 1–4): Brianna, who is from Portland, Ore., and then-boyfriend Robert Reams welcomed son Braeson in August 2017. They split in October 2018. Brianna co-parented her son with ex Danae Hudson until they split.

• Kayla Sessler (Seasons 1–4): Kayla, who is from DeKalb, Ill., and her ex-boyfriend Stephan Alexander welcomed son Izaiah in September 2017. In August 2019, Kayla and her boyfriend Luke Davis welcomed daughter Ariah.

• Alexis "Lexi" Tatman (Season 1): Lexi, who is from Montrose, Colo., welcomed son Tobias in October 2017. She announced in August 2019 that she had welcomed a second son, Jay, with boyfriend Kyler Lopez.

• Rachel Beaver (Seasons 2–4): Rachel, who is from Madisonville, Tenn., found out she was pregnant while seeing her on-again-off-again boyfriend Drew Brooks and his friend Jacob. She welcomed daughter Hazlee with ex Drew.

• Kiaya Elliott (Seasons 2–4): Kiaya, who is from Norfolk, Va., found out she was pregnant after her girlfriend Teazha cheated on her. The father of her son Amour is X'Zayveon Gambrell. Teazha moved in with Kiaya and is co-parenting Amour.

• Madisen Beith (Seasons 3–4): Madisen, who is from Heber Springs, Ark., welcomed daughter Camille with on-and-off-again boyfriend Christian.

• Kayla Jones (Season 3) Kayla, who is from Laurel, Md., welcomed daughter Mecca with her best friend Makel. They have since split. Kayla welcomed a second daughter in June 2022.
