This Woman's Trying To Find The Boy Who Left $5 And A Crushing Apology Letter On Her Doorstep

It takes me a while to become racked with guilt whenever I do something wrong. Usually it's a result of my insensitive ass saying something that really isn't cool and then being hit with full force that.

Naturally I try to run and comfort the person and tell them that what I was saying was only a joke or try and prove I'm not a scumbag. It doesn't always work and I find myself trying to go above and beyond to try and make up for the fact that I just badly hurt this person's feelings.

But unlike me, this kid who did something crappy didn't do it just because he's an insensitive individual deep down inside. In fact, his reason is pretty darn heartbreaking.

Chrissy Marie is searching for the young boy who left her this apology note with $5.

The note reads:
"I am sorry that we stole your Windchimes our mom died and like butterflies so my sister took it and put it by our window I am sorry this is only money I have please do not be mad Jake."
For Marie, Jake's letter hits close to home - she lost her own mother when she was only five years old.

Well Jake, I'm not sure who you are but you can come get your money back sweetie. I had 3 of those windchimes," Chrissy wrote in her Facebook post in the hopes of finding Jake and his sister. She added in an interview with Q13 News that she wanted to gift them a second one so both him and his sister could have one.
