Food Network Shares Peanut Butter Sandwich Hack--And People Don't Get It
By Erica DiazNov. 1 2018, Updated 7:56 a.m. ET
The point of hacks is to make life easier, but nobody told that to the Food Network or food blogger Bev Weidner. The pair are getting roasted all over the Internet for their new peanut butter sandwich "hack."
Like, really roasted, you guys.

Well, that escalated quickly.
So, how'd we get here? It all started with Bev's assertion that making peanut butter sandwiches lacks the convenience we see in sliced meat and cheese sandwiches. A lack of convenience, she claims, that leaves us with torn bread!
Won't someone think of the bread?!?

Her solution? Spread peanut butter onto parchment paper, fold the paper in half, roll it flat with a rolling pin, freeze it, then cut the frozen peanut butter into slices.
Like so.

People just couldn't believe all the convenience.
Hello, it is me, a person who has time to spread and freeze and cut peanut butter but not time to just spread it carefully like a real human

"Cool idea though."

It's the newest "political controversy."

Let's look at another hack that's just about as convenient.

Ali thinks Bev might be missing some things.
If not having pre-sliced peanut butter in the world is what makes her "insane" then she is clearly not paying attention.

And seriously, you guys, freezer space is a legitimate concern.
ok main question is who has a freezer that they can just casually slide peanut butter sheets into without having to move solid bags of peas
